The Services provided by PSBN INTERNATIONAL to users (members) is subject to the following terms and conditions.

PSBN INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to update the Terms of Use including that of membership without notice to users (members). PSBN INTERNATIONAL shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to users(members) or to impose new conditions, including but not limited to adding fees and charges for use (membership). Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective, immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including but not limited to posting on the website or by electronic or conventional means or by any other means by which user obtain notice thereof. Any use of www.psbninternational.com, by user after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by user(member) of such changes, modifications or additions.

PSBN INTERNATIONAL shall provide the platform for members to access their various services, programs and events and expects each member to be actively involved and to participate in its activities, programs and events to enable the members derive maximum benefit from it. And also may decide to penalise non compliance to the terms and conditions of membership. Registration eligibility and entitlement to access to all the users(members) benefits is fixed at the age of 18 years and above, and anything below this age is considered as a serious offence and violation of our registration policy and may be sanctioned accordingly with or without notice. Members are not allowed to create more than one account per individual as it against our registration policy.

It is compulsory for every paid member to be enlisted into the SME Pool platform to better benefit our members and to power their business dream and make it a reality. It is expected that our members be actively involved in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS), and truly contribute their own quota to the growth and development of the organisation.

No abusive or offensive words shall be used among members and each must be courteous and respectful to others including PSBN INTERNATIONAL.

All information provided to us here are well protected by security and our privacy policy which is given utmost priority. Proceeding with the registration shall be considered as having accepted these terms and conditions as clearly stated.
